Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for an SDR to join our growing team and develop new activities for Xtra Mile, introducing our global marketing solutions to the local and regional markets. The SDR will work with leading hi-tech and medical companies, driving high-quality traffic, leads, and sales opportunities for our unique strategic marketing, digital marketing, social media solutions and more.

Responsibilities include:

Researching, pursuing, and developing new, long-term business relationships with local and global companies, converting leads into qualified opportunities.

Conducting discovery calls with prospects to identify needs and opportunities. 

Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the tech world– an advantage.
  • Strong, professional, and articulate communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) in English - MUST
  • Growth mindset with keen attention to accountability and responsibility in pursuing goals and delivering results.
  • Excellent relationship-building & customer-centric skills.
  • Hunger for success, Self-starter, goal-orientated, a proactive and positive attitude.
