Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Do you have a passion for life cycle marketing and a drive to make a global impact? We’re searching for an SDR to join our growing team and develop new activities for Xtra Mile, while introducing our global marketing solutions to the local and regional markets. You will work with leading hi-tech and medical companies, driving high-quality traffic, leads, and sales opportunities for our unique strategic marketing, digital marketing, social media solutions and more. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Generation: Research, pursue, and develop potential clients (online research, industry databases, and tools like LinkedIn or CRM systems).
- Outbound Prospects: Conducting discovery calls with prospects to identify needs and opportunities.
- Lead Nurturing: Build long-term business relationships with local and global companies and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions and update lead statuse in the CRM (HubSpot), while tracking key metrics like outreach effectiveness, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts, share feedback on campaign effectiveness, and align messaging.
Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as sales, SDR, BDR. Familiarity with the tech world and marketing is a plus.
- Result-driven: Growth mindset with keen attention to accountability and responsibility in pursuing goals and delivering results.
- Bilingual: Strong, professional, and articulate communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) in English - MUST.
- Client management: Excellent relationship-building & customer-centric skills.
- Proactive: Hunger for success, Self-starter, goal-orientated, a proactive and positive attitude.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
