Sales Manager - USA

Xtra-Mile is hiring a sales manager for the US market, with experience in the tech B2B market.

The position includes leading and managing sales processes of marketing projects with new customers.

The work is with senior execs and decision-makers, mainly CMOs, VP marketing/sales/business development and VP HR , in leading high-tech companies, startups, technology companies, and global medical companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales process from A to Z - from the initial contact to the transaction's closing.
  • Preparation and delivery of presentations, leading sales meetings , crafting creative solutions tailored to the needs of the company's various customers – in the U.S. market.
  • Maintaining the relationship with new customers while constantly expanding the customer's activity and bringing real value through new services and products

Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:

 Account management background including, new sales, up-sale/cross-sale cycles,

  •  Marketing background and familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends and solutions– are advantages.
  • Experience in managing B2B sales/accounts
  • Proven track record engaging new clients and leading negotiation cycles with senior management.
  • Complex process management capabilities.

*The Sales Position will be based in the ISMG offices in New Jersey. The candidate may lalso work from the New York office, and of course have F2F meetings with customers, depending on their business needs.
