At Xtra Mile, the Employer Branding department is the place to be for those who want to expand their horizons, minds, and professional toolbox, while seizing the opportunity to learn, get creative, and manage many aspects of this ever-expanding (we said growing, right?) and exciting field. You’ll learn to identify the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and implement it both inside the organization and outside. You’ll also be putting the rest of the departments in motion, and orchestrating marketing operations. Use your skills, and learn new ones, while working in tandem with other departments.
