what will you be doing?

  • Discovering all you need to know about the organizations’ strengths as an employer, its employer branding objectives and how to fulfill the needs for which the employee community is established.
  • Planning each communities’ activities, defining its goals and objectives, in accordance with the employer branding plan and its goals.
  • Constructing internal communication plans and a marketing communication plan for advertising the activities of the communities and the day-to-day operations.
  • Ongoing management of the community, including monthly meetings.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with community members and oversee their activities.
