What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft Social Strategies: Develop and implement innovative content strategies that captivate and engage target audiences. Stay up to date with social media trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Manage Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content that resonates with their audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, manage execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of social media managers. Provide professional guidance and creative oversight to ensure high-quality execution.
Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in social media marketing management, with a record of successful campaigns and client interactions.
- Client Management: Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a natural ability for creating compelling content and communicating effectively in both languages.
- Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to leverage this knowledge for client success.
- Creative and Analytical: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
- Team leadership: Proven experience in leadership and project management skills, inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.
- Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Experience in B2B social media and tech landscapes – an advantage.
