Events Operation specialist

We’re searching for an innovative Event Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team and execute impactful strategies for some of the world’s top brands. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Marketing: Marketing activities in the B2B Environment.
• Events operations: Executing events ( productions, events, conventions etc.), budget management.
• Analytics and Reporting: Tracking performance metrics and managing execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and track ROI.
• Event Production: End-to-end management of events, including working with suppliers and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Role Key Competencies and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in events activities budgeter, marketing assistant etc.
• Background in the high-tech / B2B worlds is a plus.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.
• Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about technology and innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, structure, and close attention to detail.
